DEACON

Thomas (Tom) is an ordained deacon serving Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Plainville CT since May 2025. He grew up in Richmond, Virgina, graduating with a B.G.S. in Philosophy of Education and Music from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also earned a M. Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Th. M from Duke University Divinity School, and a DPhil in Theology and Ethics from the University of Oxford. He has been serving the church for years in a seminary and academic setting, training ministers in Christian theology, ethics, and spiritual formation, in a host of lay and parachurch ministries, educating and equipping Christians for witness and service, and now in ordained ministry in the ACNA, serving the local parish in its worship, doctrine, and life. He and his wife Sandra have two children, Sebastain and Julian.
